The airport is 10 minutes away by car or bus, the train station is a 10-minute walk, and the tram station to Switzerland is also just 10 minutes away. Additionally, there are bus stops right next to the apartment. The neighborhood offers numerous shops, hairdressers, banks, bakeries, florists, restaurants, a cinema, and a theater. The Apartment: Located directly on the marketplace, our apartment has recently been completely renovated. It consists of five fully furnished, modern rooms ranging from 10 to 15 m². The common areas—including a large open kitchen and a spacious dining and living room—have also been renovated and are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there are two large south-facing terraces, two showers, a separate toilet, a bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. High-speed fiber internet is also available. Rooms and Prices: • Room 3: 10 m² = €470 (private access to a Terrace space) *All rooms are subject to an additional €80 for utilities and a deposit (2 months' rent). There is plenty of free parking nearby, for example at the Forum, in the "blue zones," and at the marketplace. What is important to us: We place great value on basic cleanliness, good communication (in German, English,), mutual acceptance and consideration, openness, and enjoying life together.
