Kitchen and showers are all communal. There are 6 showers and 6 toilets and 2 kitchens with a large tv room for study and socializing. Laundry machines are provided. Students can be found in the garden in the evening playing table tennis or chess or just chatting. Cleaning lady comes each day Monday to Friday to clean all communal areas. Each resident is given their own cupboard space and fridge space. The neighbourhood has lots of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, everything in walking distance. Train station RER C is a 4 mins walk and central Paris 20 mins away. Each semester we invite you to come and join our family of international students. Lease is renewable for good tenants!
